| this great recipe for Boxty. Boxty is a

| | cooked mashed potatoes. Add salt, pepper

| like this dish with butter and a dollop

| | and flour. Beat egg and add to mixture
|
| of maple syrup for my breakfast. I do

| | with just enough milk to make a batter
|
| not have the usual "required" nutritional

| | that will drop from a spoon. Drop by
|
| evaluation, but in my way of thinking, I

| | tablespoonfuls onto a hot griddle or

| can live without it to just have the

| | frying pan. Cook over a moderate heat for

| pleasure of enjoying this fine old

| | 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with a

| traditional side dish.
