4lb roast of beeffavorites from "Barbecue Secrets Revealed".
2 tbsp cooking oilThe sauce can be made ahead of time and stored
1 large onion, peeled and slicedeither in the refrigerator or freezer in an airtight
1/2 cup watercontainer.
5 cloves of garlic, peeledAmazing All Purpose Barbecue Sauce
1tsp salt1 cup Catsup
1tsp ground black pepper1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups of your favorite barbecue sauce2 dashes Bottled hot pepper sauce
Add cooking oil to frying pan over medium-high heat.1 cup Water
Brown the meat on all sides. Remove from heat.1/4 cup Vinegar
To stock your pot, add 1/2 of the sliced onion to the1 tbsp Brown sugar
