1 lb ground beef1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup chopped onion1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 pkt (1.25-oz) taco seasoning mix1/2 tsp oregano
1 can (15-oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained1/4 tsp thyme
2 cups shredded lettuce1/4 tsp salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 can ripe olives, drained and chopped1/4 tsp paprika
1 can (8-oz) tomato sauce1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1 1/2 cups crushed corn chipsPlace all ingredients in a blender container and blend
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoesuntil mixture is a dressing.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion.1 red bell pepper
