This curried turkey salad is a good blend of poultry4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp lemon juice1 of the seasoning packets from the Ramen noodles
2 tbsp Granular SPLENDA1 tbsp Splenda
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaisePreheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place chicken breasts
2 stalks celery, thinly slicedon foil and pour soy sauce evenly over chicken. 
1 lb roasted turkey breast, cubedWrap in foil to make a packet.  Bake for 35 minutes
