Denny's can attest to that. Though the main stars are1/8 t pepper
eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and pancakes, there4 large eggs
are many variations and combinations of ingredients to1 c cheddar cheese, shreddedsalsa
keep your taste buds stimulated. Here are a few easyWhat you do:
breakfast recipes that you can concoct in the kitchen.In a large skillet, brown sausage. Add mushrooms,
Huevos Rancherosonion, green pepper, hash browns, salt and pepper.
What you need:Cook for 15-20 minutes over med-high heat, or until
2 T olive oilpotatoes are nicely browned. Beat eggs and pour
6 eggsover potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Cook,
1 c sharp cheddar cheesecovered, on low heat for 12-15 minutes, or until eggs
1/4 t saltare set and cheese is melted. Serve with salsa on the
4 oz can green chiles (seeded and chopped)side. Salt and pepper to taste.

6 six inch tortillas, flour or cornWhat you need:
1/2 c onion chopped32 oz bag frozen hash browns
1 garlic clove, minced8 eggs, beaten
28-32 oz can tomatoes, chopped and drained1 medium onion, chopped
What you do:1 green pepper, chopped
Heat tortillas one at a time, in preheated skillet over11/2 c cooked ham, chopped
med heat. Turn over when they start to get puffy,11/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
repeat on other side. Wrap tortillas in foil and put in2-3 T olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
oven on warm setting.What you do:
In large skillet, cook onion, garlic, and green pepper in 1TPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in a large skillet.
