Peach Baking Recipes

Our Colorado peaches have come into season here.Peach Pudding
And fresh peaches puts me in the mood for baking.2 1/2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
Here are a few tasty baking recipes for fresh3/4 cup sugar
peaches.1/2 cup milk
Peach and Brown Sugar Muffins4 tablespoons butter
4 cups flour1 tablespoon baking powder
2/3 cup packed brown sugar1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice1 cup boiling water
2 eggs1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups sour creamPut the peaches into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. In a
1/2 cup canola oilmedium bowl, mix together the 3/4 cup sugar, milk,
1 cup fresh peaches, choppedbutter, baking powder, and flour. Pour all of this mixture
